This is my first live book event and I’m super excited to meet some of my readers. I’m also pretty nervous, because I’m really an introvert who prefers to live in her book worlds, so it’s going to be a stretch for me. But . . . getting to see the people who read my books face to face? Priceless and worth a little anxiety.

If you’ve never heard of Reader Nation up until now, let me tell you a bit about it. I went as a visitor last year and decided to make my move this year. It’s held in the Horseshoe in Las Vegas, on November 13-14, 2006. Basic entry tickets are free, so if you’re in the area, there’s no reason not to show up. There will be hundreds of authors, all available to meet and to get books signed.

Want a signed book from C.T. Rhames? You have three options:

1. Buy on Amazon and bring it with you.
2. Buy on the official Reader Nation Signing Store and I’ll have your book ready for pickup and signing at the event.
3. Come to the event and buy there. Be warned though, I have one suitcase, so my stock will be limited. If I sell out, I will have bookplates to sign so you can add them later.

I’ll give you more details once the books are all ready to go. I’m working on creating the covers for the Twisted Alphas series paperbacks right now.

There will also be swag! I have a lot of great ideas, so we’ll see what will be implemented, but stickers, Jibbly charms, and some other goodies are definitely on the table.
